SHIPPING

The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipments.

 

We use trusted and reliable shippers to deliver orders to our cherished customers these shipping services are provided by but not limited to Royal Mail, Hermes, FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPD & UPS.

You will receive a confirmation E-Mail after placing an order and another E-Mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel.

Standard Shipping

We offer standard free shipping on all order which will take 3 to 5 working days.

Sometime delivery may take up to 7 working days for large and heavy items.

Free shipping is on standard shipping service only.

Express Shipping

We also offer express shipping which can take up to 2 to 3 working days for delivery.

Shipping Heavy Items

All items sold at Deals Direct Online UK Warehouse are guaranteed to be delivered within 2 to 5 working days. Some heavy items may take 5 to 10 working days. Delivery instructions will be mentioned in item description. 

All item are shipped with valid tracking.
